The Vantaa and Kerava Wellbeing Services County (VAKE) wants to develop support and services for informal caregivers within disability services. We are now collecting experiences from caregivers of people under the age of 65 regarding coaching and wellbeing meetings.
The experiences and views of caregivers are extremely important to us. Through this survey, we want to find out how we can further develop support for informal caregiving within disability services, as well as coaching, wellbeing meetings, and cooperation, so that they better meet the needs of caregivers.
If you are a caregiver of a person under 65, please respond to our survey and help us improve our services.
We have previously sent the survey through the Oima service to all caregivers of people under 65. If you have already completed the survey, there is no need to respond again.
The survey is anonymous. Please do not include any personal data in your responses.
